Deleting your data

Last updated September 23, 2026

You can delete what PostFlo holds about you at any time, from inside the app, from the networks' own settings, or by asking us.

1.Delete data inside PostFlo

  • One connected account: open Channels, choose the account, and remove it. Its access token is deleted at once. Posts that already went out stay in the workspace's history.
  • A whole workspace: the owner opens Settings and deletes the workspace. Its posts, channels, inbox and settings are deleted at once, and its uploaded files within a day.
  • Your account: open your profile and delete your account. If you own a workspace, delete it or give it to someone else first.

2.Remove it from Facebook or Instagram

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find PostFlo, and remove it. Meta then tells us, and we delete the access tokens, the comments and messages we stored, and the engagement numbers for the pages and Instagram accounts you connected. Posts still scheduled to them are canceled.

Meta gives you a confirmation code with a link back to this page, where you can check that the deletion is done.

3.Remove it from Threads

In Threads, open Settings, then Account, then Website permissions, and remove PostFlo. We delete the same data for your Threads profile and give you a confirmation code.

4.Ask us

Write to don@workflohq.com with the name of the account or workspace. We delete the data and confirm within 30 days. Copies in backups are deleted as those backups expire.
