Terms of service

PostFlo lets you write, schedule, approve and publish posts to social networks, and read the comments, messages and results they bring back. We keep improving it, so features may change. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell workspace owners ahead of time.

• You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and with which role, and are responsible for what their members do in it.

You own what you create in PostFlo. You allow WorkFlo HQ to store it, process it and send it to the networks you choose, only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish, for what it says, and for following the rules of each network you post to.

When you connect a social account, you allow PostFlo to act on it as you direct: to publish, to read comments, messages and results, and to send the replies you write or set up. Each network's own terms still apply to your account and to what you post, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, the X Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement and Pinterest's Terms of Service.

By using PostFlo's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Networks change their rules and sometimes refuse, delay or remove posts. We tell you when a post fails and never post it twice on purpose, but we are not responsible for a network's decisions or outages.

Do not use PostFlo to:

• send spam, or automate activity that a network does not allow;
• publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
• get into accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
• overload the service, or copy it or resell access to it without an agreement with WorkFlo HQ.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or as shown when you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and it applies from your next billing period.

The assistant suggests drafts. Its suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable, so read them before you publish. You are responsible for what goes out under your name.

We work to keep PostFlo running and to publish every post on time, and we alert you when something needs attention. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, delayed or free of errors.

You can stop using PostFlo at any time: delete your workspaces in Settings and your account from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid. The sections on content, liability and disputes still apply after an account closes.

PostFlo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, WorkFlo HQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. We will try to settle any disagreement with you directly first.

We update the date at the top when these terms change, and email workspace owners at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect. Using PostFlo after that date means you accept the new terms.
